Abstraksi

PT. PLN (Persero) is a Stated-Owned Enterprise that takes care of all aspects of Indonesia. In this research will be focused on Transmission Unit, precisely at PT. PLN (Persero) Transmission Jawa Bagian Tengah which is responsible for the development and transmission, logistics, and environmental workers. However, in the existing IT doesn’t fully covered business services, the needs of IT that can increase enterprise profit and make plans to develop appropriate IT for PT.PLN (Persero) Central Java Transmission. To create Information Technology that decent and flexible, it is necessary to align between IT needs and organization business, so that there will support each other. With design of Enterprise Architecture (EA) can help to get the objective. To design EA, it need method as a reference, the method used is TOGAF ADM. This research discusses how TOGAF ADM cycle can help to alignment the business core of the logistic function with business strategy with the existing application PT. PLN (Persero) Transmission Jawa Bagian Tengah, especially in Logistic Function. The phases that will used start from preliminary phase until migration planning phase. The results of this research is a group of artefact on TOGAF ADM component, and IT Roadmap as a recommendation of implementation and developing information technology in PLN Trans JBT on Logistic Function.
