ABSTRAKSI: CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision) sekarang ini menjadi suatu teknologi yang sangat penting guna mencegah tindakan kriminal sekaligus menjadi langkah strategis dalam upaya ikut andil dalam menjaga keamanan. Teknologi CCTV biasanya diletakkan di tempattempat tersembunyi untuk memantau keamanan suatu daerah. Dan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang hampir semuanya berbasis IP (Internet Protokol), mendorong sistem CCTV untuk ikut bermigrasi juga ke jaringan IP, sehingga dikenal dengan apa yang dinamakan CCTV over IP atau IP CCTV.<br>Streaming adalah suatu teknologi untuk memainkan file audio atau video secara langsung maupun dengan pre-record dari sebuah mesin server (web server). Konsep Streaming membagi paket video ke dalam beberapa bagian, kemudian mentransmisikan paket tersebut ke tempat penerima (Client).<br>Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah suatu sistem keamanan CCTV yang bisa di tumpangkan ke jaringan IP dengan memanfaatkan teknik streaming, dan user bisa meremote- nya dari PC Client di tempat lain, dilengkapi dengan authentication user (autentikasi pengguna) dalam pengaksesannya, serta menggunakan motion detect (menyimpan data jika hanya ketika terjadi gerakan pada objek) untuk sistem peng-capturean objek nya.Kata Kunci : cctv over ip, ip cctv, streaming, remote, motion detectABSTRACT: CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) this time become a very important technology utilize to prevent the action crime at one blow become the strategic step in the effort following share in taking care of security. CCTV Technology usually placed in occult place to watch the security area. In addition along with technology growth which almost everything base on the IP (Internet Protocol), pushing system CCTV to follow the migration also to network IP, is so that recognized what named by CCTV over IP or IP CCTV.<br>Streaming is technology to play the file of audio or video directly and also by prerecord from a machine server (web server). Conceptions the Streaming divide the video packet into some part, then the packet transmission to receiver place (Client).<br>Result from this final project is a system of security CCTV which can joining with network IP by exploiting technique streaming, and user can remote from PC Client in other place, provided with the authentication user in accessing, and also use the motion detect (saving data if only when object's moving) for the system capture.Keyword: cctv over ip, ip cctv, streaming, remote, motion detect.
