Abstraksi

ABSTRAKSI: Penggunaan pita frekuensi yang sama pada dua sistem yang berbeda dapat menyebabkan terjadinya interferensi. Interferensi tersebut dapat juga terjadi antara sistem komunikasi terestrial dengan sistem komunikasi satelit global GMPCS (Global Mobile Personal Communication by Satellite), yang menggunakan frekuensi operasi yang sama dengan cakupan wilayah yang saling overlap.<br> Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini, akan dianalisa aspek interferensi, khususnya interferensi sistem komunikasi terestrial terhadap sistem komunikasi satelit global GMPCS. Sistem komunikasi terestrial yang dimaksud adalah sistem komunikasi gelombang mikro digital point to point yang LOS (Line Of Sight). Sistem komunikasi satelit global GMPCS merupakan pemanfaatan teknologi satelit yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk melakukan komunikasi antar personal secara mobile via satelit dengan cakupan mendunia.<br> Analisa perhitungan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek geometri, faktor penguatan side lobe antena, bandwidth operasional, dan kondisi propagasi. Pemodelan perhitungan interferensi dilakukan berdasarkan perbandingan teknis dan kemungkinan interferensi yang datang dari sistem radio terestrial ke sistem GMPCS Globalstar.<br> Dari hasil analisis perhitungan interferensi, tampak bahwa radio terestrial cukup mengganggu terhadap satelit Globalstar. Besarnya wilayah terinterferensi cukup signifikan. Hal ini sangat sulit diatasi, kecuali kedua sistem tidak menggunakan alokasi pita frekuensi yang sama.Kata Kunci : ABSTRACT: Uses of same frequency at two different system earn to cause the happening of interference. The Interference earn also be happened by among system of communications terrestrial with system of global satellite communications of GMPCS (Global Mobile Personal Communication By Satellite), using same operation frequency with region coverage which each other overlap.<br> In this final assignment writing, will be analysed by aspect interference, specially interference of system of communications terrestrial to system of global satellite communications of GMPCS. System of such communications terrestrial is system of communications of digital microwave of point to point which LOS (Line Of Sight). System of global satellite communications of GMPCS represent technological exploiting of satellite enabling somebody to do communications usher personal in mobile via satellite with global coverage.<br> Analyses calculation done by considering aspect geometry, factor of reinforcement of eunuch of lobe antenna, bandwidth operational, and condition propagation. The modeling of calculation interference done pursuant to technical comparison and possibility of incoming interference from system of radio terrestrial to system of GMPCS Globalstar.<br> From the result of analyses calculation interference, appear that radio terrestrial enough bother to satellite Globalstar. The regional of interference enough significan. This problem is very difficult to overcome, except the both of system not use allocation of same frequency.Keyword:
