ABSTRAKSI: ERP sekarang ini diimplementasikan sebagai solusi yang berbasis pada produk atau pelayanan. Tetapi dengan berjalannya waktu, kondisi bertambah. Aplikasi ERP di masa yang akan datang tidak hanya pada produk atau pelayanan, tetapi lebih pada kombinasi keduanya. Aplikasi tersebut adalah bentuk lain dari hybrid karena menggabungkan fungsi produk yang dipakai di lokal dengan fungsi pelayanan yang terdistribusi lewat internet.<rb>Dalam konteks ERP, Web Services menawarkan keuntungan berlipat, yaitu mudah dalam mengintegrasikan dan mengurangi biaya pada penggunaan aplikasi yang besar. Perusahaan membutuhkan aplikasi ERP untuk sistem internal supaya efisien. Web Services menyediakan layanan ke perusahaan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk merespon secara efektif ke customer.<br>Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dikembangkan ERP Web Services untuk menggabungkan fungsi produk yang dipakai di lokal dengan fungsi pelayanan yang terdistribusi lewat internet. Modul ERP yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah modul keuangan dengan submodul General Ledger. Dengan informasi yang terintegrasi, ERP Web Services diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi baik ke unit kerja yang lain atau ke publik yang sebelumnya tidak bisa diakses dari perusahaan.Kata Kunci : ERP, Web Services, Perusahaan, General LedgerABSTRACT: Now, Implementation of ERP is based on products or services. But like so many of these great ideas, conditions apply. Future ERP applications will not be either products or services, but rather combinations of products and services. These applications are another form of hybrid because they combine locally installed product functions with distributed service functions delivered electronically over the internet.<br>In the context of ERP, Web Services offer a two-fold advantage: ease of integration and reduction in costs through the hosted application model. The enterprise may still require an ERP application for its internal systems to funtion efficiently together. Web Services allow the enterprise to acquire the information needed to respond effectively to customer.<br>In this final project, we develop web services to combine locally installed product functions with distributed service functions delivered electronically over the internet. ERP modul used in this final project is financial modul with general ledger as submodul. With integrated information hopefully ERP Web Services will expected to make public information that was never before accessible from the enterprise.Keyword: ERP, Web Services, Enterprise, General Ledger
