This research was conducted in PT. TELKOM DIVRE III Office in Bandung to measure motivation and performance of the employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation towards performance of employee in PT. TELKOM DIVRE III Office in Bandung. This research is a quantitative-descriptive analysis and causal. A direct survey had been published to 141 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the data showed the respondent’s assesment of intrinsic motivation is in very high category and the extrinsic as well as performance categorized in high category. This research also found that intrinsic (X1) and extrinsic motivation (X2) simultaneously and partially influence the employee performance in PT. TELKOM DIVRE III Office in Bandung.
