E-Government that can helping for increasing service in BPPT .One of services which have the most intensive demand is lice nsing service. Bandung have been implemented Bandung One Stop service, it’s mean that all of licensing
service ar handled by one organization. BPPT is organization which take this responsibility. As the public service, BPPT have a high information interopability,it’s caused by BPPT need service from another external organization. For
managing this problem, licensing service need integrastion system that can handle
it. Fisrt focus is determine business process improvement as the key of system changing. For
developing architecture design which have a high compatibility with the system, we need guidance from business perspective. Because of that, this
research adopt top down perspective for designing architecture based on integrated
