ABSTRAKSI: Sebuah perusahaan besar pasti melakukan pemantauan penjualan disetiap kantor cabang (frainchise). Pada proyek akhir ini akan sangat membantu sebuah perusahaan dalam merancang sistem monitoring. Sehingga mempermudah kantor pusat untuk melakukan pemantauan perkembangan usaha di setiap kantor cabang. Untuk itu proyek akhir ini merancang sebuah media yang lebih ekonomis dan praktis dalam penggunaan.
Proyek akhir ini membahas perancangan sistem monitoring setiap transaksi yang terjadi disetiap kantor cabang. Dalam perancangan ini fitur komponen yang digunakan yaitu IC mikrokontroler, SMS, dan Website. Dengan menekan push button yang terhubung dengan sistem minimum dan handphone , IC mikrokontroler akan memberi perintah kirim SMS (Short Message Services). SMS yang dikirim dari kantor cabang lalu diterima oleh database server. PC/laptop sebagai server yang berisikan database server untuk mendata SMS yang masuk dan akan ditampilkan di Website admin.
Pada proyek akhir ini dibuat sebuah hardware sebagai alat bantu dalam pengiriman informasi/data dan software sebagai hasil keluaran yang akan tampil di Website server. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam proyek akhir ini dapat membantu khususnya perusahaan besar yang memiliki kantor cabang untuk memonitoring dan memantau sistem penjualan disetiap kantor cabang. Dan juga diharapkan akan menambah pengetahuan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengiriman SMS tercepat adalah pukul 15.30 dengan rata-rata sebesar 7,05 detik dan waktu pengiriman SMS terlama adalah pukul 19.30 dengan rata-rata sebesar 7,85 detik. Kemudian timgkat keberhasilan pengiriman SMS yaitu 90% sampai 95%.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : frainchise, mikrokontroler, Website, database, push button, SMSABSTRACT: A big company would do the monitoring of sales at each branch office (frainchise). At the end of this project will helpfully assist a company in designing the monitoring system. So, it making easier for the central office to monitoring developments in every branch of business. To that end the project was to design a media that is more economical and easier in use.
The final project discusses the design of monitoring system for every transaction that occurs in each branch office. In this planning the components using feature of the IC microcontroller, SMS, and Website. By pressing push button that connected with the minimum system and mobile phones, IC microcontroller will give a command to send SMS (Short Message Services). SMS that was sent from the branch office then accepted by the database server. PC / laptop as a server that containing the database server to record the incoming SMS and will be displayed on the Website admin.
At the end of this project making a hardware as a help tool in the delivery of information / data and software as a result the output will be shown on the Website server. Results that are expected in the final project can help, especially a big company that have branch offices for monitoring and observing the system of selling at the each branch office. And is also expected to increase knowledge in the design of this application.
Testing result show that the fastest time to send SMS is at 5am with the average result is 5,68 seconds. The longest time to send SMS is at 8pm with the average result is 8,5 seconds.
