Mental health issues, especially anxiety, are becoming a big concern for adolescents because they affect how they interact with others and handle everyday life. Adolescents who have anxiety often struggle to talk to people, share their feelings, and form friendships, which can make them feel insecure and change how they relate to others. This study aimed to understand how Adolescents with mental health issues, especially anxiety, interact with the world around them. The research used a qualitative method to deeply explore the experiences of these teens and the meanings they give to their relationships. Data came from interviews with Adolescents who experience anxiety, chosen through purposeful sampling. The analysis used symbolic interactionism theory, which looks at how people think about themselves and their place in society, to understand how Adolescents make sense of their social situations. The results show that anxiety affects how adolescents see themselves and react to others, often making them worry a lot, fear being judged, and limit their social activities. This study highlights the need to understand adolescents’ views better to improve communication and mental health support for them.
