Abstraksi

<em>Whey Protein is a protein derived from cow's milk and extracted during the cheese-making process. To add muscle mass, it is common to use this type of protein. It is often mixed with shakes or smoothies that are usually favored by sportsmen and athletes. Granola is a food made from a combination of ingredients such as oats (whole grain), nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and natural sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup. To produce a crunchy texture and golden color, granola goes through a roasting process. This food is widely preferred as a healthy breakfast option, snack, or can also be added to yogurt or smoothie bowls. So the author will make innovations by adding whip cream, cream cheese, granola and powdered sugar so that Whey Protein can be more attractive to the public and also has a texture that can be accepted by all groups.</em><br />
