Public Health Center is a functional organization that conduct health efforts are comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable by the community, with the active participation of the community and use the results of the development of science and appropriate technology, at a cost that can be borne by the government and society. One problem that is frequently happen is the problem correlated with the data. Problems that happen are data loss, difficulty in finding the data and take a long time to process the data. This indicates that the performance is less efficient, so it requires a solution that can address the problem of Public Health Center patient registration system. General registration application this public health center discuss patient registration system, diagnosing patients, a list of patient visits and monthly reports public patients.
