Saxion University of Applied Sciences is one of the applied schools in Netherlands that have long term goals to the international outlook and focus on the applied research and teaching . Telkom University, Bandung also have strong spirit to support entrepreneuria l activity in their region. The primary purpose of this study is to identify the potential business activities between Twente and Bandung region. Identified opportunities will be implemented as the part of applied research education project for Saxion Univ ersity of Applied Sciences. This study research focused on innovative technical oriented companies, especially for
start
up companies in Twente and Bandung region . T he number of digital startup in Bandung is 162 by dominantly base in IoT
, games, e
commerce and IT services.
Twente has become the hub for high
tech and systems & materials. In addition, smart city program also become emerging potential business to be cooperate related with knowledge transfer development. Based on potential bu siness in the smart city program, the partnership can be done by building
cooperation with Kennispark Twente related with the specializations in High
Tech and Smart System Material. Collaboration between Bandung city government and Bandung ICT startup woul d encourage partnership in terms of knowledge transfer for the smart city program.
