ABSTRAKSI: Otomatisasi yang sedang banyak dikembangkan dan digunakan saat ini adalah aplikasi berbasis workflow. Sama dengan tujuan dasar otomatisasi yang lain suatu aplikasi yang dibuat dengan basis workflow diharapkan dapat mengurangi lamanya proses kerja dan juga mengurangi human eror yang memang sulit sekali dihindari dalam suatu sistem yang manual.<br><br>Selain itu dengan aplikasi berbasis workflow penambahan suatu node atau perubahan bisnis proses dapat dilakukan dengan mudah tanpa harus re-coding aplikasi tersebut. Dengan penerapan aplikasi berbasis workflow aliran-aliran data yang terjadi dapat dimonitor.<br><br>Untuk Proyek Akhir ini akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi Employee Self Service berbasis Workflow. Aplikasi ini menangani proses pengajuan cuti oleh pegawai sampai dengan monitoring.Pada PT.Neuronworks untuk pengajuan cuti masih bersifat manual. Untuk itu diharapkan dengan adanya Aplikasi Employee Self Service berbasis Workflow ini penambahan task ataupun perubahan aliaran data dapat dilakukan dengan mudah.Kata Kunci : Workflow, Employee Self ServiceABSTRACT: Now, automation type which is very much in used is a Workflow based Application.Like the other automation core aims, workflow based application is hopped can minimize work process time and also decrease human error which is difficult to avoid in manual systems..<br><br>With Workflow Based Application node adding or business Process changing can be easy without re-coding the application.Data flow can be monitored with Workflow Based Application<br><br>In this Final Project will be developed Employee Self Service Application in Workflow Based. This application handle a furlough process until the monitoring process. In PT.Neuronworks Indonesia furlough process is not Workflow based. With the result that can be called Static Application. If it need a little bit of changing or adding in data flow, this Application must be recoding. So with the Workflow Based for Employee Self Service Application, difficulties in task adding and dataflow changing can be undifficult..Keyword: Workflow, Employee Self Service
