ABSTRAK
Electronic learning (e-learning) merupakan salah satu bentuk media pembelajaran yang sedang banyak berkembang di institusi atau perguruan tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan (e-learning) adalah dengan melakukan penilaian. Dengan demikian, agar mempermudah melakukan penilaian kami menggunakan metode E-learning Maturity Model (EMM).
Metode penilaian yang digunakan adalah metode penilaian E-learning dengan mengunakan E-learning Maturity Model (EMM). E-learning Maturity Model (EMM) adalah model penilaian kelayakan sebuah e-learning. EMM dikembangkan oleh Dr. Stephen Marshall dari University Teaching Development Centre Victoria University of Wellington. Salah satu proses dalam EMM adalah Organization, yang memiliki dimensi penilaian: Delivery, Planning, Definition, Management & Optimisation. Hasil penilaian memiliki empat kategori yaitu fully adequate, largely adequate, partially adequate dan not adequate. Aplikasi Penilaian E-learning Maturity Model Versi 2 Modul Organization ini hadir untuk memudahkan penilaian suatu e-learning. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur pengisian data yang memudahkan admin dan juga pengisian pernyataan yang memudahkan user, selain itu juga hasil pengisian pernyataan dapat dilihat dalam bentuk summary, rekapitulasi dan grafik sehingga admin dan user lebih mudah menilai suatu e-learning.

ABSTRACT
Electronic learning (e-learning) is one form of media that bloom developed. To improve the quality of service (e-learning) is conduct an assessment. Thus, in order to facilitate our assessment using the E-learning Maturity Model (EMM).
Valuation method used is the method of assessment of E-learning Maturity Model (EMM). E-learning Maturity Model (EMM) is a feasibility assessment model of e-leaning. EMM was developed by Dr. Stephen Marshall of the University Teaching Development Centre at Victoria University of Wellington. One of the EMM process is Organization, which has dimensions of evaluation : Delivery, Planning, Definition, Management & Optimisation. Results of assessment has four categories : fully adequate, largely adequate, partially adequate and not adequate. Application Assessment E-learning Maturity Model Version 2 Module Organization is present to facilitate an assessment of e-learning. This application has features that facilitate data entry admin and also charging a statement that allows the user, but it also results of the statement can be seen in summary form, recapitulation and graphs so that the admin and user easier to evaluate an e-learning.
