Abstrak
PT. XYZ merupakan produsen yang bergerak dalam bisnis keju. Meskipun telah menerapkan kegiatan preventive maintenance, frekuensi kerusakannya masih tinggi menyebabkan terhambatnya kelancaran proses produksi serta mengindikasikan nilai keandalannya kecil. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis kegiatan perawatan yang tepat sesuai dengan karakteristik kerusakan serta interval waktu kegiatan perawatan pada mesin Corazza FF100 dengan analisis Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II yang menekankan pada karakteristik keandalan (reliability).
Melakukan identifikasi risiko yang dipetakan dalam risk matrix. Tahapan dalam RCM yaitu pengukuran kualitatif dilakukan dengan membuat Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab serta efek terjadinya kegagalan komponen. Untuk mengetahui konsekuensi yang ditimbulkan dilakukan klasifikasi menggunakan Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) kemudian pemilihan tindakan kegiatan perawatan (maintenance task). Tahap selanjutnya yaitu pengukuran kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data kerusakan dan data perbaikan untuk menghitung nilai MTTF dan MTTR yang diolah untuk mendapatkan interval waktu perawatan.
Maintainable item pada mesin Corazza FF100 berjumlah 27. Berdasarkan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk menentukan maintenance task yang sesuai didapatkan 67 maintenance task. Terdapat 17 scheduled discard task, 15 scheduled restoration task, 31 scheduled on condition dan 4 failure finding. Interval waktu perawatan ditentukan berdasarkan kebijakan perawatannya dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik kerusakan, parameter distribusi dan biaya perawatan.

Abstract
PT. XYZ is a company that works on cheese business. Even though it has apply preventive maintenance activity, the frequency of damage is still high causing the delay of the production process and also indicate the reliability value in low rate. Because of that, the right analysis service activity according to the characteristic of damage and also interval time of maintenance activity on Corazza FF100 machine with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II that focus on reliability analysis.
Doing risk identification that is mapping on risk matrix. The step on RCM is qualitative measuring with making Failure Mode amd Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify the reason and also the effect of component failure. To find out the consequent, logic tree analysis (LTA) and choosing maintenance task is required. The next step is quantitative measurement with collecting the data of damage and the data of repair to measure MTTF value and MTTR that is calculate to get the maintenance interval.
Maintainable items of Corazza FF100 machine amounted to 27. Based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method to determine the appropriate maintenance tasks found that 67 maintenance task including 17 scheduled discard tasks, 15 scheduled restoration tasks, 31 scheduled on condition task, and 4 failure finding. Maintenance interval is according to the maintenance policy with the impact of damage characteristics, distribution parameter and the cost of maintenance.
