T. SMA is the one of manufactur
ing
company which produce

the motorcycle. When sending the motorcycle
component, suppliers have their own schedule ba
sed on cycle issue. There are 96
suppliers in raw material warehouse 1 and the amount of SKU are 1026 SKU?s.
This research is focused in the scheduling of supplier
arrival which do the
unloading every day (54 suppliers).
In
r
eality the irregularity of supplier arrival is
found
. This situation was caused by the long time of unloading activity each
supplier because of the amount of material handling equipment was limit
. Because
of that, in this research is made
for the
improvement
for
scheduling of supplier
arrival considering the limitation of material handling equipment using integer
linear programming method. The solution use matlab to generate the arrival
schedule
of supplier
with the smallest makespan supplier unloading time. The
result is the
shorter
of makespan time total from
95 to 80
time
interval
.

with
the
existing
condition, the time is decreas
ing
as much as 15 time interval or
75 minutes or 15,78% f
rom the whole supplier unloading time integer linear programming, scheduling, supplier, material handling equipment
