Abstrak
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Persepsi Pelajar Mengenai Pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer / Ujian Nasional Computer Based Test (UNCBT) tahun ajaran 2016/2017. (Studi pada Pelajar kelas XII SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Persepsi Pelajar (siswa/siswi) SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta mengenai Pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNCBT). Penelitian ini melibatkan satu variabel yaitu variabel Persepsi (X). Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teori yang relevan seperti teori komunikasi dan persepsi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan metode Analisis Univariat. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah pelajar (siswa/siswi) SMA 8 jakarta kelas xii tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang sudah melaksanakan ujian nasional berbasis komputer, yang berjumlah 325 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, persentase rata-rata variabel persepsi berada pada kategori baik. Sesuai dengan operasional variabel dalam penelitian, bahwa penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu variabel yaitu Persepsi. Variabel Persepsi diukur melalui tiga aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif, dan konatif. Untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden, maka aspek- aspek tersebut dirumuskan kedalam bentuk pernyataan di kuesioner yang telah diberikan kepada 76 responden.

Abstract
This research discuss about the perception of students about government regulation education culture no.57 2015 about the implementation of national examinations computer-based / uncbt ( a study of high school student 8 land jakarta the academic year 2016 / 2017 ) .The purpose of this study is to find to find out the perception of negative and positive policy unbk / uncbt to the applicants national examination computer based test of 8 senior high schools in jakarta. This research involving two variables namely variable perception ( x ) and government regulation about the uncbt ( y ) .This research using several theories relevant as communication theory , education policy , and perception .Technique analysis the data used in this research was quantitative causal with the methods linear regression simple .Population to research this is students ( students ) sma 8 jakarta academic year 2016 / 2017 already implement national examination based komputer.yang were 325 people with samples from 76 people who .With using a technique descriptive analysis , the percentage the average variable perception be in the good .While the variable government regulation about the uncbt are also in the good .With using a technique descriptive analysis , the percentage the average variable perception be in the good .While the variable government regulation about the uncbt are also in the good .The calculation on got that perception students influential simultaneously to rules the government about uncbt.namun in partial variable perception students influential significantly variable government regulation about the uncbt .The size of the influence simultaneously of 61.6 % and the rest of 38.4 % influenced by the other factors that aren t pursuing in this research.
