ABSTRACT
Budgeting is essential in every aspect of life, especially in State budgeting. With the development of technology, The experience of budgeting is improving in progress wherein budgeting, financial planning, and other aspects can be done in a single integrated system shaped application named SIMRAL. SIMRAL (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perencanaan, Penganggaran Dan Pelaporan) is a management information system for planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
The very rapid development of technology drives this application and become a necessity that cannot be separated from budgeting. The use of SIMRAL is more utilized when using the device because most of the people already owned it; there are no boundaries of time and place when using SIMRAL. Many features that offered by SIMRAL to help the user activities. However, due to the rapid development of this technology, the presence of this information technology-based application indirectly makes the civil servant accept it.
The purpose of this research is to know the acceptance of SIMRAL application based on civil servant Perception. The theoretical approach used in this research is the TAM model created by Davis et al. (1989) and developed by Rachman and Napitupulu (2018). The factors used in this study are the Perceived of Usefulness, the Perceived Ease of Use, and the Behavioural Intention to Use.
The data collection of this research is through the dissemination of online questionnaire through Google Forms. The number of respondents used in this study was 93 respondents who work as civil servants who were using the SIMRAL application, with the data collection instrument in this study a questionnaire with 15 questions items from 3 Construct used. The data analysis technique used to test hypotheses for this study is to use Multiple Regression Analysis processed using IBM SPSS 25.
Based on the results simultaneously, that Perceived of Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use positively influence Behavioural Intention to Use in conducting job activity in SIMRAL application. Based on the result partially, either Perceived of Usefulness or Perceived Ease of Use positively correlate with Behavioural Intention to Use in conducting job activity in SIMRAL application.
