e-Learning is not a new thing in the field of education. Many Universities around the world already
apply e-Learning since few years ago. Student in Industrial Engineering Telkom University who
already take Project Management course felt that the material of its course is a lot. The feedback
showed that they need e-Learning to support them learning of those materials. Many researches
have discussed about e-Learning design but this research is about designing an e-Learning content.
The research uses Design sprint which is a framework from agile method. the objective of this
research is to design an e-Learning content design in the Project Management course especially in
the Project Cost Management sub-chapter with the Design Sprint method and design the content a
prototype in the form of an e-Learning video but before designing the e-Learning, it needs to be
planning the project. This study conducted to create Mini Project Master Plan. The writer use
design sprint as the base of methodology to develop the e-Learning content. Design sprint get
faster result, with low budget needed, and the result will appropriate with the user and judgment
expectation. Design Sprint method is affected by user and expert judgment in the developing
process. Not only that, the writers want to assess the students with appropriate quizzes. The
questions of quizzes are adjusted by the Learning Outcome of the course based on backward design
and Bloom’s taxonomy. The learning videos of this chapter already tested and shows there is an
increase until 50 of student’s performance. It is expected that the e-Learning is intended to facilitate
students in learning and understanding the amount of lecture materials outside the classroom
continuously.
