The growth of exports of finished leather products has shown a fairly good performance since 2019. The increasing development of the leather industry's exports can impact increasing waste from products returned from customers. This problem is also felt by one of the leather tanning companies, namely CV Surya Wahana Leather, located in Garut.
However, along with the increasing production of tanneries at CV Surya Wahana Leather, it creates several difficulties in carrying out business processes at the company, such as monitoring production, which is still conventional. This causes a decrease in the quality of the production process, resulting in product returns because the data held is still less accurate for decision-making in the company. In addition, this can also affect the increase in waste production, which can damage the environment due to the company's lack of sustainability aspects. To deal with these problems, The company needs a dashboard to analyze and monitor product data returned and supports sustainable supply chain management.
This study aims to develop an ERP system so that CV Surya Wahana Leather can plan business processes more effectively and efficiently by adding a dashboard design based on data from the Odoo ERP system to support sustainable supply chain management on reverse logistics module using the QuickStart method.
