Smart village is a derivative concept that adopts components or indicators of a smart city on a smaller scale (village or sub-district). A smart village, on the other hand, is one that is innovative in its use of information technology to improve quality of life, efficiency, and competitiveness in economic, social, and environmental aspects. Sumur Bandung Sub District, one of the Bandung city's sub-districts can implement the Smart Village concept to intelligently solve their problems. One of the issues confronting Sumur Bandung Sub District is the lack of a final waste processing and processing plant (TPPAS).With the current waste management pattern, which still uses the Collect - Transport - Dispose method, an increasing pile of garbage will result, causing various environmental problems and inconvenience to residents in Sumur Bandung Sub District. As a result, it is necessary to implement a Smart Village living dimension that includes the design of a new waste management model with the support of technological innovation. Information Technology (IT) blueprint documentation is required as a reference for technology and business development that is being carried out or will be carried out in an organization in order to realize an effective waste management pattern and in line with the plans and strategies of Sumur Bandung Sub district. The solution to the development of a blueprint documentation design is enterprise architecture design using the TOGAF ADM framework. This research generates outputs in the form of business is designing business processes related to the 3R waste management model , for data focus in e-reporting, e-monitoring, e-SPJ able v to integrated into SIPS, for applications focus in create applications that support preparation of activities, reporting and monitoring. Also supported waste bank activities and technology infrastructure focus in improvement of the technology used that can support the use of applications and data.
