Increasing the work-life balance of employees in the company also determines the performance of employees, whose performance dropped dramatically last year due to the co-pandemic. BDO Company Indonesia found that work-life balance has had an impact on the company resulting in slightly problematic employee performance throughout the year regardless of the pandemic.
This research is to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through time balance, engagement balance and employee satisfaction. So from that the research question is how is work life balance at PT BDO, how is the performance of PT BDO employees recently and how is work life balance affecting employee performance at PT BDO.
The phenomenon in this study was examined through the case study method. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires and second data findings. Main data is collected from company people at PT BSO Bisnis Solusi Indonesia. Internal sources will be interviewed about the independent variables of work-life balance and the dependent variables of employee performance and additional external sources will be given questionnaires.
Lessons related to entrepreneurship in international ICT business include human resource management including organizational behavior; and employee performance. These courses have been supported by good teaching methods, supporting facilities, and assessment of the learning process. The results of the analysis of the impact of work life balance show that both the physical environment and the non-physical environment affect the work life of employees in the company. This shows that the institution is good enough in forming a life work which can be used as a very important foundation in running its own business and the stability of its employees.
