In today's fast-paced business environment, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth and fostering innovation. To remain competitive and sustainable, MSMEs need efficient business processes, accurate financial management, and real-time insights into their operations. PT Elco Indonesia Sejahtera is one of many MSME that are involved in the leather tanning industry. This study aims to present the development of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and a dashboard module for accounting, integrating the Circular Economy concept within the context of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). The case study focuses on PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera, an MSME in Indonesia. The objective is to enhance the company's accounting practices by incorporating sustainable and circular principles into its operations. The study begins with the identification and selection of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to Circular Economy principles, focusing on resource efficiency and environmental impact. The ERP system is designed to integrate accounting data with operational aspects related to Circular Economy practices. The development also includes the creation of a dedicated dashboard module, providing real-time monitoring and reporting of financial performance based on Circular Economy metrics. The dashboard facilitates informed decision-making, enabling PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera to evaluate its financial performance and environmental impact from a circular perspective
