PT Vale Indonesia Tbk produces nickel in matte form, a finished product, from laterite ore at its integrated mining and processing facility in Sorowako, South Sulawesi. Based on the results of observation that have been made, the company has problems in procuring raw materials so that it affects not achieving production targets and delays in delivery. SCM performance measurement is carried out using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. SCM productivity measurement parameters use 5 core SCOR processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return. After processing the data, there are 24 selected performance indicators and the main attribute priorities, namely reliability and responsiveness. To find out the main criteria and priorities, the performance indicators are weighted using the AHP method. Based on the results of observations that have been made, there are 5 performance indicators that need to be improved. The results of the calculation obtained a total performance value of 96.53, then the performance measurement at PT. Vale Indonesia is included in the above average scale.
