The evolution of travel extends beyond conventional tourism to encompass mass tourism, emphasizing leisure and recreational engagements. The surge in popularity of nature-based tourism is notable, with Indonesia positioned at 32 out of 117 in the Travel and Tourism Development Index. However, growth is impeded by limited accommodation choices. In a bid to enhance tourism quality, the Ministry of Tourism plans to introduce campervans in 2022. Consequently, a study titled "Campervans Community Lifestyle in Bandung: A Case Study in Environmental Communication" has been conducted to investigate the lifestyle of the campervan community in Bandung as a focal point for environmental. The research delves into the distinctive campervan lifestyle in Bandung, an alternative unique mode of transportation offering various options for both short-term and long-term travel, span with various personal reasons and impacts. Furthermore, enthusiasts in Bandung choose the Campervan Lifestyle; they become more ingrained in the local environment and culture, creating a bond that transcends typical trip experiences. Despite its origins beyond Indonesia, the lifestyle proves beneficial to society and its adherents. Nevertheless, the Bandung government's incomplete acknowledgment and encouragement of this lifestyle lead to a demand for streamlined permits and improved amenities.
