Food banks play a crucial role in reducing food waste and addressing food vulnerability. This involves an efficient supply chain that collects food waste, processes it, and distributes it to those in need, aligning with the goals of a circular economy to minimize the risk of food crises. The research aims to understand the supply chain of the Food Bank Bandung and analyze the implementation of a circular economy in its supply chain. The study used qualitative methods, the information was gathered through interviews with the Food Bank located in Bandung City. The obtained information was processed into a supply chain design, and each process was analyzed. The analysis concludes that the Food Bank in Bandung implements a circular economy by transforming surplus food, which would otherwise be wasted, into consumable items. Additionally, the food bank applies circular economy concepts by providing inedible food to BSF cultivation for maggot consumption. By analyzing the circular economy in the food bank of Bandung city, this research contributes to future studies by providing a more extensive dataset.
