MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. The number of MSMEs reached 64.2 million with a contribution to GDP of 61.07% or IDR 8,573.89 trillion. However, there are still many MSMEs that have problems in financial management. With the implementation in the field of technology in the form of Shared Service, it can certainly help the development of MSMEs to be more efficient. The purpose of this research is to develop an application or website design that implements Shared Service. This study uses primary data from MSMEs owner as a reference for website application needs. The application development model uses concepts from design science and behavioral science. The tests carried out are Blackbox testing, and user acceptance testing carried out in each iteration process. In User Acceptance Testing in the first iteration, a percentage of 89.8% was obtained. In Blackbox testing, the results showed that each function was declared valid. This shows that the application design can meet user needs. The Finance Management application for MSMEs using the prototype method has a function to provide services to manage finances in MSMEs.
