Indonesian universities are struggling to improve innovation in applied research, course delivery, and problem-solving. Transformational leadership drives academic innovation in response to fast change. Knowledge exchange among academics also boosts innovation management. At Telkom University's School of Economics and Business (SEB), this study examines how transformation leadership affects innovation management through knowledge sharing. This quantitative causal descriptive study employs SEM and Smart PLS 4.1 to analysis data from 100 School of Economics and Business (SEB) instructors. Transformational Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, and Innovation Management were shown to be extremely good by descriptive analysis. The data shows that Transformational Leadership improves Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Management significantly. Knowledge Sharing also boosts Innovation Management. Knowledge Sharing also benefits Innovation Management under Transformational Leadership.
