Proses pengajuan refund tiket secara manual di PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti risiko kesalahan input dan kesulitan dalam pelacakan data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem backend berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang dengan fitur validasi input otomatis, pengelolaan data refund yang terdokumentasi secara terstruktur, serta dukungan ekspor laporan dalam format PDF. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing dengan 21 skenario uji. Seluruh skenario berhasil dilaksanakan dengan hasil 100% sesuai ekspektasi. Validasi otomatis pada form input berhasil mencegah data kosong atau tidak sesuai format. Fitur ekspor dan filter data berjalan sesuai fungsinya, serta tampilan dashboard dapat menampilkan data refund secara visual dan interaktif. Selain itu, proses pengelolaan data seperti tambah, ubah, dan hapus pada entitas refund, petugas, stasiun, dan urgensi berhasil diuji tanpa kesalahan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, sistem telah terbukti berjalan sesuai spesifikasi fungsional dan mendukung pengelolaan refund yang lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi.

The manual ticket refund process at PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) presents challenges such as input errors and difficulties in data tracking. To address these issues, a web-based backend system was developed using the Laravel framework and MyS?L database. The system includes features such as automatic input validation, structured data management, and export functionality in PDF format for reporting purposes. System functionality was verified through black-box testing across 21 test scenarios, all of which passed with a 100% success rate. The automatic validation feature effectively prevented incomplete or incorrectly formatted input. Core functions such as data filtering, exporting, and dashboard visualization operated as expected. Additionally, data operations such as create, update, and delete actions for refund records, staff, stations, and urgency flags were successfully tested without system errors. Based on these results, the system has been proven to meet its functional specifications and supports more structured and documented management of ticket refunds.
