The rapid pace of digital transformation is reshaping organizational structures and operational strategies across various sectors, including education. This study investigates the impact of digital transformation on employee performance within SIT IMC Foundation, a faith-based private educational institution in Palembang, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method using a descriptive approach, involving 115 employees as respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Digital transformation is measured through four dimensions: structural changes, value generation, digital leadership, and digital operations, while employee performance is evaluated through productivity, quality of work, and knowledge of work requirements. Results reveal a significant and positive relationship between digital transformation and employee performance. These findings provide practical insights for educational organizations seeking to optimize digital initiatives and improve human resource outcomes in the context of continuous organizational change.
