Earning is generally used as a basis for making investment decisions, and predictions to forecast future earnings change. Earning for the company is very necessary because it is useful for the survival of the company. For all companies, especially state-owned enterprises (BUMN) banking are expected to have good earnings growth due to profit state-owned banks act as the biggest contributor to the Indonesian state budget (APBN) so that health should always be maintained. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables NPL, PDN, Liquidity Risk, GCG, NIM and CAR on Earnings Growth in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange2008-2012.
This study is classified as descriptive research verification of causality. By using saturated sampling (census) , the sample used is the entire state banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2012 that this study consists of 4 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data. Technical analysis of the data used is the classical assumption test , test multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS.
During the observation period of the study indicate that the data are normally distributed. Based on the test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test found no variables that deviate from the classical assumptions. This suggests that the available data are qualified to use the multiple linear regression model . The results showed that the variables GCG partially significant effect on earnings growth. While the NPL, PDN, Liquidity Risk , NIM and CAR did not have a significant effect on eranings growth. The coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of the study was 33,9 % .
