Abstrak
Suporter merupakan elemen sentral bagi sebuah tim sepakbola. Kebersamaan yang dibiaskan melalui pola komunikasi menjadi satu indikator utama kohesivitas dalam suatu kelompok suporter. Dari masalah yang dirumuskan mengenai pola komunikasi, didapat suatu identifikasi masalah mengenai proses komunikasi, arah aliran informasi, dan sifat aliran informasi. Penulis bertujuan untuk menemukan pola-pola jaringan interaksi yang terjalin dalam sebuah komunitas pendukung klub sepakbola Manchester City yang tergabung di kampus Telkom University atau bisa disebut Citizen Telkom.
Dengan inti metodologi yang berfokus pada pendekatan kualitatif dan didukung oleh paradigma konstruktivisme yang dipaparkan dengan desain deskriptif, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membangun suatu pola pemikiran baru dari sebuah model interaksi. Kemudian, data diperoleh melalui wawancara tersktruktur, studi literatur dan dokumentasi audio, visual serta audio visual. Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini terbagi mejadi dua, yaitu informan kunci yang terdiri dari tiga orang serta informan pendukung yang terdiri dari satu orang.
Pembahasan penelitian difokuskan pada masalah yang sudah dirumuskan dan diidentifikasi. Melalui teknik pengumpulan data yang sudah ditentukan, peneliti memaparkan kutipan dari hasil wawancara secara representatif sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembahasan masalah.
Setelah melalui proses penelitian yang dilakukan, didapat hasil penelitian bahwa di sini Citizen Telkom menggunakan sistem pola komunikasi all channel dengan arah-arah komunikasi yang terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu komunikasi ke bawah, komunikasi ke atas, dan komunikasi horizontal. Selain itu, sifat aliran informasi dalam Citizen Telkom ini menggunakan sistem penyebaran secara serentak dengan satu orang pusat penyebar pesan dalam entitas ini.

Abstract
Supporters are the central element for football teams. Togetherness that is refracted through the pattern of communication becomes one main indicator of cohesiveness in group. From what it concerned about the pattern of communication, it’s elaborated to the study about communication process, the direction of information flow, and the nature of information flow. The writer intends to find the patterns of interaction system which stranded in Manchester City supporters community that established in Telkom University so called Citizen Telkom.
With the core of metodology that puts its focus on qualitative approach, Supported by constructivist paradigm that displayed with descriptive design, this research aimed to build a new pattern of interaction model. The data obtained through structured interviews, literature studies, documentation and literature. While the informants in this study is divided into two key informants consisting of three people and one supporters informants.
The research study is focused on problem statement and identification research. Through the data collection, the researcher displays some quotes from interview representatively in accordance with the need of research study.
The research resulting that Citizen Telkom uses all channel system for its communication’s pattern with the flow of information that consists downward, upward, and horizontal communication. Furthermore, its flow messages is dissaminated simultaneosly with one communicatior as a center part of this entity.
