ABSTRAKSI: Steganografi adalah ilmu dan seni menyembunyikan pesan rahasia di dalam pesan lain sehingga keberadaan pesan rahasia tersebut aman dalam proses pengirimannya. Dewasa ini steganografi tidak hanya digunakan oleh kalangan militer saja, tetapi digunakan oleh kalangan industri dengan tujuan menjaga autentifikasi produk. Serta banyak fungsi lainnya
Sesuai dengan artian harafiah sebagai information hidding maka steganografi dapat menggunakan berbagai macam media sebagai tempat menyembunyikan pesan (secret). Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis membahas teknik penyembunyian pada media video MPEG yang tidak terkompres (full frames). Metode yang digunakan adalah SSB-4 yaitu, teknik pengantian bit ke-4. Pengantian bit ini akan dilakukan pada semua bit warna yang ada(RGB) dari frame gambar. Yang akan kemudian dibandingkan dengan metode pada transformdomain melalui perhitungan SNR, MSE. Serta penilaian secara subyektif dengan MOS.
Keluaran dari simulasi ini adalah file video MPEG yang mempunyai ukuran sama dengan file aslinya. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi steganografi pada video yang telah disisipi image. Hasil implementasi steganografi memberikan nilai bahwa semakin besar data sisipan yang diinput maka terjadi perubahan nilai MSE, kapasitas dan kualitas video. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang berpengaruh pada implementasi steganografi pada video adalah data sisipan.Kata Kunci : steganografi – penyembunyian pesan, video MPEG, metoda SSB-4ABSTRACT: Steganography is the science and art of hiding a secret message within another message so that the existence of secret message is secure in the process of delivery. In accordance with the literal sense as an information hidding the Steganography can use the various media as a place to hide a message (secret). In this thesis the author discusses the technique of concealment in MPEG video media that are not compressed (full frames). The method used is SSB-4 that is, techniques to substitute for bit-4. Replacement of this bit will be performed on all existing bit color (RGB) from the image frame. Which will then be compared with the method in the transform-domain through the calculation of SNR, MSE. As well as subjective assessment by MOS.
The output of this simulation is the MPEG video file that has the same size as the original file. This final project aims to analyze the implementation of steganography in video that has been inserted image. The result of the implementation of steganography provides the greater value that inserts the data inputted then change the value of MSE, capacity and video quality. On the whole it can be concluded that the effect on the implementation of steganography on the video is data insertion.
