ABSTRAKSI: Kebutuhan akses layanan high speed data, voice, dan video menjadikan jaringan akses kabel tembaga dinilai kurang memadai, maka direncanakanlah penggunaan FTTH (Fiber To The Home) menggunakan teknologi GPON oleh Telkom di Perumahan Gunung Batu Bandung yang merupakan implementasi triple play service.
Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan jaringan FTTH dengan teknologi GPON di STO Geger Kalong Bandung dengan memperhatikan parameter-parameter antara lain Rise Time Budget dan Power Link Budget serta peramalan kebutuhan demand selama 10 tahun yang akan datang.
Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa perancangan untuk daerah Perumahan Gunung Batu menggunakan 3 buah ODC dan 176 buah ODP dengan jumlah pelanggan 1148 ONT. Hasil uji Link Power Budget yaitu total redaman yang dihasilkan pada uplink sebesar 25.5208 dB, dan total redaman pada downlink sebesar 25.0649 dB, kedua redaman ini masih berada di bawah standar GPON sesuai ITU-T G.984 sebesar 28 dB maupun standar yang dikeluarkan pihak Telkom sebesar 26 dB. Hasil uji Rise Time Budget yaitu untuk arah downlink pada pelanggan terjauh menghasilkan total waktu sebesar = 0.26 ns. Waktu tersebut masih berada dibawah nilai waktu sistem sebesar 0,2917 ns. Untuk arah uplink pada pelanggan terjauh menghasilkan waktu total sebesar = 0.25 ns. Waktu tersebut masih berada dibawah nilai waktu sistem sebesar 0.5833 ns. Peramalan kebutuhan bandwidth untuk paket 384Kbps menggunakan model kurva-S dengan kebutuhan bandwidth sebesar 117888 Kbps, paket 512Kbps menggunakan model Kuadratik dengan kebutuhan bandwidth 113280 kbps. Paket 1Mbps menggunakan model eksponensial dengan kebutuhan bandwidth 186624 Mbps. Paket 2Mbps menggunakan model kuadratik dengan kebutuhan bandwidth 9216 Mbps. Sehingga total kebutuhan bandwidth di Perumahan Gunung Batu pada tahun 2022 dengan total pelanggan 1112 pelanggan adalah 427.008 Mbps.Kata Kunci : Gunung Batu, FTTH, GPON, Power Link Budget, Rise TimeABSTRACT: The need for access to high speed data services, voice, and video network access makes it less adequate copper cable, then the agreement is the use of FTTH (Fiber To The Home) using GPON technology by Telkom in Gunung Batu residence area which is the implementation of the triple play service.

The results showed that the design of the design for Gunung Batu residence’s area using 3 pieces ODC and 176 ODP with 1148 subscribers ONT. Rise Time Budget test results for the downlink direction is the furthest customer a total time of = 0.26 ns. When it is below the value of the system time of 0.2917 ns. For the uplink direction the farthest customers generate a total of = 0.25 ns. When it is below the value of the system time of 0.5833 ns. Forecasting the need for a package of 384Kbps bandwidth using S-curve models to the needs of 117 888 Kbps,package of 512Kbps bandwidth using the quadratic model to the needs of 113 280 kbps bandwidth. Package of 1Mbps using exponential models with 186 624 Mbps bandwidth requirements. Package of 2Mbps using quadratic models with 9216 Mbps bandwidth requirements.
