ABSTRAKSI: Layan an e - Government bertujuan untuk memberikan fasilitas layanan yang lebih akurat, mudah diakses, biaya murah dan men ghemat waktu bagi masyarakat. Denga n e - government, pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan selama 24 jam , kapan pun dan dimana pun tanpa harus bertem u langsung dengan petugas . D engan e - Government masyarakat ju ga tidak memerlukan waktu mengantri demi mendapatkan pelayanan . Meskipun sebenarnya di Indonesia sendiri sudah memiliki layanan e - G overnment , tetapi tidak terlalu efektif digunakan oleh masyara kat. Masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk menggunakan cara tradisional. Yaitu deng an mendatangi langsung kantor - kantor pemerintahan. Hal ini tentunya menguras waktu dan tenaga. Untuk daerah Kabupaten Bandung sendiri sebenarnya sudah memiliki website yang mena mpilkan informasi seputar Kabupaten Bandung. Tetapi websit e tersebut jarang sekali di diperbarui beritanya dengan berita terikini. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang e - Government untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan e - Gover nment di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan vari abe l Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Faclitating Condition, Privacy sebagai faktor independen. Trust, Behavioral Intention dan Use Behavior sebagai faktor dependen . Age dan Gender sebagai faktor moderasi. Model ini kemudian akan divalidasi dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan softwar e AMOS 22. Setelah model divalida si menggunakan AMOS 22, maka akan didapatkan variabel mana saja yang signifikan dan tidak. Untuk kemudian dapat dibentuk model baru berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Variabel privacy, performance expectancy, social influence terbukti berpengaruh terhadap beh avioral intention . Sedangkan variabel facilitating condition dan behavioral intention terbukti berpengaruh terhadap use behavio r.KATA KUNCI: e - Government , SEM , UTAUTABSTRACT: E - Government service is built to give a better service that c heaper, more accurate, easy to access, so that peop le can save their time. With e - G overnment, public service could be access in 24 hours a day, anytime, and anywhere without direct meeting with the officer. Also, with e - G overnment, people don’t need to que ue to get the service. Although Indonesia already has its own e - Government service, but it hasn’t been used effectively by the people. Until now, people still prefer to get the traditional services. They prefer to come directly to the government offices. T his behavior far more ineffective and takes more time and energy. Actually, Bandung Regency already has it own website that contains information about the region but it rarely updated with the current news. Therefore, a research is needed to investigate th e factors that affects the acceptance of e - Government service in Bandung Regency. This research is made using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, faclitating condition , privacy variables as independent factors. T rust, b ehavioral i ntention and u se b ehavior as the dependent factors. Age and gender as moderation factor. This models will be validate d with Structural Equation Mode ling (SEM) method using AMOS 22 . After the m odel is validated with AMOS 22, we can identify which variable that significant and which one that insignificant. This data will be used to build new model based on result of the research. Privacy, performance expectancy, social influence variables are p roven to be influential to the behavioral intention.
