ABSTRAKSI: Dalam pelaksanaan program Co-operative Education (Co-op) di PT. Telkom, ada beberapa tahap yang harus dilalui. Salah satunya adalah tahap seleksi, dimana seleksi ini dapat dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap perguruan tinggi oleh tim dari perguruan tinggi (tahap-I), yang disusul dengan tahap final oleh tim gabungan perguruan tinggi dan perusahaan (tahap-II).
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu prototype perangkat lunak Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan (SPPK) kelompok yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu bagi pengelola Co-op di PT. Telkom dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Proses pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Accord dan MAUT , dimana dari hasil evaluasi metode Accord dapat ditentukan tingkat konsensus urutan/peringkat peserta Co-op.
Hasil pengujian prototype perangkat lunak SPPK kelompok ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil evaluasi SPPK kelompok dengan data sampel seleksi tes wawancara umum penerimaan peserta Co-op di PT. Telkom tahun 2004. Jumlah prosentase calon peserta diterima menjadi peserta Co-op untuk rayon Bandung pada data sampel adalah 71,25 %, sedangkan pada SPPK kelompok adalah 67,5 % dari 80 calon peserta Co-op yang dievaluasi. Dan untuk rayon Jakarta pada data sampel adalah 30,77 %, sedangkan pada SPPK kelompok adalah 35,9 % dari 39 calon peserta Co-op yang dievaluasi.
Perangkat lunak ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan teknologi web yang berbasis bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan data server Oracle 8 Enterprise dan web server apache.Kata Kunci : SPPK kelompok, Accord, MAUT, Co-op, prototype.ABSTRACT: There are several phase in the implementation of Co-operative Education (Co-op) program at PT. One of this is the selection stage, which is held in two stages, the university stage supervised by the university team (stage-I) followed by the final stage supervised by a combined team of university and the company (stage-II). This final stage includes group discussion test and general interview test.
This final assignment is aiming to built a Group Decision Support System (GDSS) software prototype which helps Co-op organizer in PT. Telkom in supporting decision making. Decision making process uses Accord and MAUT method, where the consensus level/rank of Co-op paricipant is determined based on the evaluation result of the Accord method.
The test result of this GDSS software is concluded by comparing GDSS result with sample data from general interview Co-op participant selection test in PT Telkom at year 2004. The percentage of accepted participant candidates based on sample data in Bandung area is 71.25 %, while the percntage in GDDS is 67,5 % from a total of 80 participant had been evaluated. In Jakarta area based on sample data data the percentage is 30,77% wile the percentage in GDDS results 35,9% from a total of 39 participants that had been evaluated.
This software is implemented using the web technology based on PHP programming language, with Oracle8 Enterprise data server and apache web server.Keyword: GDSS, Accord, MAUT, Co-op, prototype.
