ABSTRAKSI: Persaingan di dunia pertelekomunikasian, khususnya mobile phone sangat ketat. Operator-operator berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan service bagi pelanggannya, tentunya agar jumlah pelanggan semakin meningkat dan pelanggan yang sudah ada tidak berpindah ke operator yang lain. Sehingga operator-operator tersebut silih berganti meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Ada sebagian pengguna telephone seluler yang tertarik untuk mencoba-coba dari satu jenis nomer telephone ke jenis nomer telephone yang lain, yang mungkin karena turunnya kualitas pelayanan produk sebelumnya.
Maka pada pergantian nomer telephone yang selanjutnya disebut Mutasi, timbul masalah dimana pelanggan harus memberitahukan pergantian nomer telephonenya kepada orang–orang yang biasa melakukan panggilan ke nomer telephone sebelumnya. Pada saat ini proses pemberitahuan pergantian nomer (mutasi) telephone tersebut, masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pelanggan yang melakukan mutasi kepada pelanggan yang lain.
Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibuat sebuah simulasi yang dapat membantu pelanggan untuk dapat melakukan pemberitahuan mutasi tersebut secara otomatis, ketika pelanggan yang lain melakukan panggilan terhadap nomer yang telah melakukan mutasi. Dan dapat memberikan informasi nomer baru tersebut melalui layanan SMS.
Implementasi simulasi ini menggunakan Borland Delphi 7.0. Dengan adanya aplikasi simulasi sistem pemberitahuan pergantian nomer telephone seluler ini, dapat membantu pelanggan. Baik dalam proses pemberitahuan pergantian nomer telephone seluler atau dalam mendapatkan informasi pergantian nomer telephone seluler.Kata Kunci : Signalling Sistem No.7, SMS, MutasiABSTRACT: Emulation in the world of telecommunication, specially mobile phone is very tighten. At the moment process notification of commutation number (mutation) the telephone, still be done in manual by client (subscriber) doing mutation to other client (subscriber).
To overcome the mentioned, hence in this final duty will be made by a simulation which can assist client (subscriber) to earn to do the mutation notification automatically, when other client (subscriber) call to the number which have done mutation. And earn to give the information new number through service SMS.
This simulation implementation use Borland Delphi 7.0. With existence of application of reporting system simulation, earn to assist client (subscriber).
