ABSTRAKSI: Perkembangan teknologi informasi, membuat bisnis telekomunikasi untuk penyediaan layanan informasi menjadi sangat krusial dan diperlukan, sedangkan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi dibebani untuk tetap menjaga kestabilan jaringannya agar para konsumen merasa nyaman tanpa mengalami gangguan, dan meraka tidak mau tau apa yang terjadi apa yang terjadi pada keadaan jaringan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi, dan konsumen tidak harus tau apalagi terganggu akibat masalah keadaan jaringan telekomunikasi penyedia layanan telekomunikasi.
Tugas akhir ini berusaha untuk membuat pemodelan untuk Network Management pada penghubung lapisan tengah ke lapisan atas, lapisan tengah yang merupakan pusat dari pengumpulan informasi keadaan jaringan, dan pemrosesan informasi agar layak digunakan oleh lapisan atas dari Network Mangement, yaitu pemodelan NorthBound Interface agar memudahkan Mediation Device sebagai lapisan tengah dari Network Management.
Kata Kunci : Network Management, NorthBound Interface, middleware, SNMP, java RMI, CORBA IDLABSTRACT: The development of information technology make the telecomunication business to provide information services to be needed and crucial, while the telecomuication provider is burden to keep the stability of the network in order to keep the customer feel comfortable and without disturbance, and they don’t want to know about the situation of network’s telecomunication provider, and the customer shouldn’t know moreover to be burden about the telecomunication network problem in the telecomunication provider.
This final project try to make modeling for network management which connect middle layer to upper layer, the middle layer which are the center of collecting information about the network condition and information processing in order to make proper to be used by the upper layer from the network management, which is NorthBound Interface modeling to make easy for Mediation Device as middle layer from Network Management.
