ABSTRAKSI: Menciptakan suatu keselarasan dan keterpaduan antara bisnis dan sistem informasi pada sebuah organisasi adalah salah satu tujuan dari penerapan arsitektur enterprise. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar rencana bisnis yang akan dijalankan oleh organisasi dapat disokong oleh teknologi informasi yang tepat agar organisasi dapat bertahan di era persaingan global saat ini.
Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap proses bisnis dan penggunaan teknologi informasi atas proses bisnis tersebut di suatu perusahaan. Dari analisis tersebut akan dibuat suatu rancangan arsitektur yang seharusnya ada dan menjadi target perubahan di perusahaan tersebut. Perubahan yang dirancang sesuai dengan visi masa depan perusahaan. Framework yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah TOGAF Enterprise Aerchitecture.
Perusahaan yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah PT Kimia Farma Apotek Bisnis Manager (BM) Bandung. PT Kimia Farma Apotek merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Kimia Farma Tbk yang khusus bergerak di bidang obat- obatan dan kesehatan.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa sebuah usulan rancangan arsitektur perusahaan yang sesuai dengan visi masa depan perusahaan tersebut dan mengoptimalkan keselarasan proses bisnis dengan pemanfaatan IT.Kata Kunci : teknologi informasi, TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, arsitektur perusahaanABSTRACT: Creating an alignment and integration between business and Information systems in an organization is one of the purposes of the application of Enterprise Architecture. It is intended that the business plan that will be executed by the organization can be supported by appropriate information technology to enable an organization to survive in the current era of global competition.
This study conducted an analysis of business processes and the use of information technology on business processes in a company. Design of architecture that should exists and should be target of change in the company will be made from the analysis . The changes are designed in accordance with the company's vision of the future. Framework that used in this study is TOGAF Enterprise Architecture.
The company which became the research is PT Kimia Farma Apotek Business Manager (BM) Bandung. PT Kimia Farma Apotek is a subsidiary of PT Kimia Farma Tbk that specializes in the field of medicine and health.
The results of this study are in the form of a proposed design (blueprint) in accordance with the Enterprise Architecture vision of the future of the company and optimize the alignment of business processes with the use of IT.Keyword: information technology, TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Architecture
