ABSTRAKSI: Di zaman yang semakin berkembang ini, kebutuhan handphone sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi sangat diperlukan. Melalui handphone, orang dapat berkomunikasi satu sama lain lewat telepon atau SMS. Untuk dapat telepon atau SMS, user harus mempunyai jumlah pulsa yang mencukupi untuk dapat melakukan panggilan lewat telepon atau mengirim SMS. Jika jumlah pulsa tidak mencukupi, maka harus dilakukan pengisian pulsa. Cara pengisian pulsa yang populer di Indonesia yaitu dengan cara pengisian voucher secara fisik atau pengisian voucher secara elektronik yang mengharuskan pihak penjual pulsa untuk mengirim SMS ke operator yang bersangkutan untuk melakukan pengisian pulsa setelah user menyebutkan atau mencantumkan nomor pelanggan operatornya dan juga menyebutkan berapa nominal pulsa yang dibutuhkan.
Dalam Proyek Akhir ini, dibuat sebuah aplikasi transaksi pengisian voucher handphone berbasis web. Ada tiga pihak yang berperan penting dalam aplikasi transaksi ini, antara lain user, administrator, dan operator. User terhubung dengan administrator melalui koneksi jaringan internet dan operator bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan konfirmasi tentang voucher management-nya.
Untuk dapat menampilkan hasil dari proses transaksi yang terjadi, baik di PC user maupun di handphone user, maka digunakan SMS Gateway. Melalui SMS Gateway ini, pada sisi handphone user akan tampil pernyataan bahwa proses transaksi yang dilakukan telah berhasil. Demikian pula pada sisi PC user, akan tampil pernyataan verifikasi keberhasilan proses transaksi.Kata Kunci : -ABSTRACT: During this developing era, the need of handphone as one of communication device is needed badly. With handphone, people can communicate with each other using telephone or SMS. To be able to communicate with telephone or SMS, user must have an amount of sufficient voucher to make a call through telephone or message with SMS. Whether there is insufficient voucher, then it should be recharged. The popular ways of recharging voucher in Indonesia are done by two ways, physical and electronics. In this condition, voucher dealer has to make a message through SMS to the operator in order to recharge the voucher of certain customers after they fill the operator customer number and how much the nominal of the voucher needed.
In this final project, an application made as recharging voucher web-based transaction. There is three important parts in this application of transaction, user, administrator, and operator. User connected with administrator through internet network connection and the operator has responsibility to confirmed user about the voucher management.
In order to view a result from whole occurring transaction in both user PC and user handphone, so that it uses SMS Gateway. Through this SMS Gateway, at user handphone side, a confirmation that the transaction process has been success would be displayed. Either at user PC side, there would be displayed the same confirmation that the transaction process has been success.Keyword: -
