ABSTRAKSI: Sekarang ini, jaringan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat dimana semua layanan dan aplikasi menuju jaringan berbasis IP (Internet Protocol). SMP Darul Falah adalah salah satu sekolah SMP swasta yang sudah berakreditasi A, letak SMP Darul Falah ini berada di desa Cihampelas kabupaten Bandung Barat berusaha memanfaatkan perangkat yang ada (komputer / PC) dan jaringan yang telah tersedia untuk membangun fasilitas komunikasi voice berbasis IP (VoIP) sebagai sarana penunjang dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan baik bagi guru ataupun muridnya sehingga dapat memperlancar proses kegiatan belajar-mengajar.
Proyek akhir ini berjudul Implementasi VoIP Pada Jaringan Intranet SMP Darul Falah, menguraikan tentang desain dan implementasi VoIP pada jaringan intranet SMP Darul Falah. Dalam pembuatan proyek akhir ini, server VoIP yang digunakan adalah elastix yang merupakan VoIP Phone System berbasiskan sistem open source. Sedangkan softphone yang digunakan untuk melakukan panggilan atau penerimaan pada client menggunakan XLite. Untuk perancangan desain implementasi VoIP pada jaringan intranet SMP Darul Falah ini, server VoIP dipasang di Lab Komputer , sedangkan untuk komputer client berada di ruangan LAB komputer, ruang tata usaha, ruang kepala sekolah, ruang guru, dan ruang perpustakaan.
Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan implementasi, didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan, diantaranya : aplikasi ini dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan rancangan, implementasi VoIP pada jaringan intranet SMP Darul Falah ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam penyediaan sarana komunikasi, nilai maksimum jitter yang di dapat sebesar 4.084 ms, nilai maksimum delay yang di dapat sebesar 22.875641 ms, Nilai maksimum packet loss yang di dapat sebesar 0.32 %, Nilai maksimum troughput yang di dapat sebesar 0.485 Mbps, nilai post dialing delay terlihat bahwa nilai rata-rata post dialing delay adalah 1.973 s, dan Pada pengukuran kualitas dengan kuisioner (MOS) diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 3,883 yang berarti terletak diantara kriteria cukup dan baik.Kata Kunci : LAN, server, open source, intranet, delay, jitter, troughput, packet lossABSTRACT: Today, with rapidly developing technology network where all services and applications to the network based on IP (Internet Protocol). In making this final project is a VoIP server elastix which is a VoIP Phone System based on open source system. While the softphone is used to make calls or receiving on the client using XLite. For designing the implementation of VoIP on a network is an intranet SMP Darul Falah VoIP, server installed in the Computer Lab, while the client computer to be in LAB computer room, administrative space, the principal's office, staff room, and library space.
After doing the testing and implementation, we got some conclusions, including: the application can work properly in accordance with the design, implementation of VoIP on SMP Darul Falah intranet can help the school in providing a means of communication, the maximum value of jitter in the can for 4084 ms, The maximum value of delay can be of 22.875641 ms, the maximum value of packet loss can be at 0.32%, the maximum throughput value is in the can for 0485 Mbps, the value of post-dialing delay is seen that the average value of post-dialing delay is 8189 ms, and At measuring the quality of the questionnaire (MOS) was obtained with an average value of 3.883 which means located between the criteria of adequate and good.Keyword: LAN, server, open source, intranet, delay, jitter, troughput, packet loss
