ABSTRAKSI: Sistem informasi adalah salah satu bagian dari kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Begitu juga dengan perusahaan penerbangan, terutama untuk sistem informasi jadwal penerbangan yang digunakan oleh kru. Salah satu perusahaan yang memanfaatkan sistem informasi tersebut adalah Oman Air.Oman Air adalah suatu perusahaan penerbangan internasional yang berdiri sejak tahun 1993 di Negara Oman. Oman Air memiliki rute penerbangan ke beberapa Negara di berbagai benua diantaranya benua Asia dan Eropa. Web yang digunakan hanya oleh kru Oman Air ini berisi tentang jadwal penerbangan kru setiap bulannya. Berdasarkan pendapat kru Oman Air tersebut dalam web ini sedikit sulit karena tidak dilengkapi dengan aplikasi mengenai swap yaitu pertukaran jadwal antar kru serta annual leave request yaitu permintaan cuti yang belum tersedia sehingga kru harus melakukan pertukaran secara manual.
Pada Proyek Akhir ini dibuat sistem informasi jadwal penerbangan kru Oman Air yang dilengkapi dengan aplikasi swap beserta sms gateway sehingga kru tidak harus secara manual melakukan pertukaran jadwal, serta akan dilengkapi dengan annual leave request, tentunya dengan quota yang telah ditentukan oleh rooster.
Dari hasil pengujian performansi server dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu respon dan waktu kecepatan web tergantung dari trafik jaringan internet dan semakin banyak jumlah user maka semakin besar pula jumlah eror yang didapat, begitupun dari hasil pengujian MOS dapat disimpulkan bahwa web sistem informasi jadwal penerbangan kru Oman air memiliki kualitas yang cukup memuaskan.Kata Kunci : web, swap, annual leave request, smsABSTRACT: Information systems are one of the parts that decide the progress of company. So does airline company, especially for flight schedule information that used by the crew. One of the companies that use this information system is Oman Air. Oman Air is an international airline company that stood since 1993 at Oman. Oman Air had flight route to several countries in different continent, such as, Asia and Europe. The website that used by Oman Air crew contain about flight crew schedule for every month. Based on the opinion of Oman Air crew, this website is a bit hard to use because there is no application for swap, swap is used to change schedule and flight location between crew, and there is no annual leave request so the crew have to make changes manually.
In this final project, flight schedule system will be made for Oman Air crew that equipped with swap application, SMS gateway so the crew do not have to make schedule change manually, and annual leave request that based on the quota from rooster.
From the results of performance testing server can be conclude that the response time and depending time on speed Internet network traffic, amount of error will be more if the number of user a lot of and from the MOS result can be concluded that it has enough quality.Keyword: web, swap, annual leave request, sms
