ABSTRAKSI: Keberadaan Puskesmas Mungkid yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Magelang mempermudah warga Kabupaten Magelang untuk berobat. Sayangnya, pengolahan data di Puskesmas tersebut masih tergolong tradisional. Mulai dari cara pendaftaran, pemanggilan antrian pasien, hingga rekap pasiennya.
Dalam Proyek Akhir ini dirancang sebuah system informasi dalam bentuk web yang dikembangkan menggunakan beberapa software yakni Macromedia Dreamweaver, Apache Web Server, PHP dan MySQL. Dengan menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver maka pengerjaan website akan lebih cepat dan mudah, karena software ini merupakan software yang open source. Dari rancangan yang telah dibuat, kemudian dilakukan proses analisis yang terdiri dari uji fungsionalitas, pengujian waktu respon, dan pengujian subjektif dengan cara membagikan kuisioner.
Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dengan memberikan performansi rata-rata waktu respon menampilkan halaman web 7,6 detik serta hasil penilaian subjektif menunjukkan angka senilai ,,dengan kategori cukup baik.Kata Kunci : Puskesmas, layanan, webABSTRACT: The existence of Mungkid health center that located in Magelang regency of Magelang District could the public of Magelang District to be treated. Unfortunately, data processing in this health center is quite traditional, first is how to register, second is when the call of patient queues, and the last is the medical history recap of the patient’s.
In the final project is designed an information system in a web which developed by using some software, there are Macromedia Dreamweaver, Apache Web Server, PHP and MySQL. By using Macromedia Dreamweaver, the completion of website will faster and easier, because this is an open source software. From the design that has been created, then execute some analysis process, there are function test, the respon time test, and subjective test. For the last test, the result is from the outcome of quisioner that do by distributing quisioner first.
From the result of the test, showed that this system can bu function properly which is provide the average performance 7,6 seconds for showed the web page and from the result of subjective assesmentshowed the number 7,8 and category is good enough.Keyword: Health center, services, web
