ABSTRAKSI: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan computer sangat pesat akhir-akhir ini mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat. Berbagai layanan masyarakat sudah mengimplementasikan pembelajaran ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Seperti implementasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang disebut Mobile Learning. Mobile Learning salah satu metode dimana kita bisa belajar menggunakan hardware yang berisi materi dan contoh soalsoal SMBB yang dapat di gunakan kapan dan dimanapun selama masih berada dalam jangkauan internet.
Karena pada saat ini para pelajar di Indonesia lebih memilih membawa gadget dari pada buku. Maka, saya selaku peneliti dalam Proek Akhir ini telah membuat suatu Desain Aplikasi Mobile Learning SMBB IT TELKOM pada smartphone berbasis sistem operasi Android yang dapat melakukan system pembelajaran untuk menghadapi tes ujian tertulis SMBB TELKOM. Adapun kemampuan yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini adalah menyediakan informasi pembelajaran dan kemampuan untuk merealisasikan komunikasi antara server dan user.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, fungsi aplikasi ini sudah sesuai dengan perancangan software dan dari data MOS dapat dikatakan bahwa aplikasi ini telah layak digunakan. Dengan aplikasi ini user dapat mempersiapkan diri dengan lebih baik untuk menjalani ujian tertulis SMBB TELKOM.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: android, ICT, Mobile Learning, gadget, smarhphoneABSTRACT: The development of information technology and computers are very fast recently received a positive response from the community. Therefore, I’m as researcher in this Final Project will create a design of Mobile Learning Application SMBB IT TELKOM Based Android Operating System on smartphone that can do like system learning to face the written test SMBB TELKOM. The capabilities contained in this application is: to provide information of learning and the ability to realize the bilateral communication between server and user.
Based on the test results, functions of this application is in conformity with the design software and the data from the MOS can be said that this application has been worth it.
