ABSTRAKSI: Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara tersubur di dunia. Indonesia memiliki sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah. Kelebihan dari negara Indonesia tercinta inilah yang perlu kita maksimalkan. Namun faktanya Indonesia belum mampu menunjukkan sebagai “leader” dalam ekspor hasil produk agriculture nya. Belajar dari negara-negara yang telah mampu menunjukkan produk hasil agriculture nya, dapatlah kita ketahui, bahwa negara tersebut mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi maupun alat mekaniknya secara efektif, sehingga dapat mengekplor secara maksimal sumber kekayaannya tanpa mengabaikan norma-norma ekosistem demi kelestarian sumber kekayaan alam tersebut.
Di sisi lain ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Indonesia sudah memungkinkan untuk dimanfaatkan untuk membantu membangun sistem informasi yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran operasional maupun untuk tujuan-tujuan sistem statistik data atau sistem pelaporan manajerial.
Dalam proyek ini akan dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web dan GIS. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa deskripsi dari perkebunan kelapa sawit PT PN, notifikasi (reminder) mengenai kegiatan pertanian meliputi kegiatan panen kepada divisi-divisi yang terkait dengan kegiatan produksi tersebut melalui SMS Gateway, sistem informasi untuk data statistik, dan sistem pelaporan manajerial (laporan bulanan, maupun tahunan), serta peta perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan menggunakan GIS.
Hasil dari proyek ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang bisa meningkatkan kinerja PT PN Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dalam mengelola sumber daya alam khususnya dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit.

The advantages of this beloved country are need to be maximize. But in fact, Indonesia has not been able yet to show itself as a "leader" in export of its agriculture products. Learn from countries that have been able to show products of its agriculture, we know that those countries are able to utilize information technology and mechanical tools effectively, so it can be maximally exploring source of wealth without ignoring the norms of the ecosystem for the preservation of natural resources .
On the other hand the availability of information and communication technology infrastructure in Indonesia has been possible to be used to help build the information systems necessary for smooth operations and systems for the purposes of statistical data or managerial reporting systems.
In this project would be designed a web-based information systems and GIS. The information displayed in the form of a description of the PTPN’s oil-palm plantation, notifications (reminders) on agricultural activities include harvesting for any divisions associated with that production activities through SMS Gateway, information systems for statistical data, and a system of managerial reporting (monthly or annually), as well as a map of oil palm plantations by using GIS.
The results of the project is expected to generate an information system which could improve the performance of PT PN Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam in managing natural resources especially in oil palm plantations.
