ABSTRAKSI: Bagi orang-orang yang sibuk setiap harinya, menggunakan jasa Laundry and Dry Cleanning, memberikan keuntungan bagi banyak orang. Namun, salah satu kerugian menggunakan jasa ini adalah kehilangan atau tertukarnya pakaian kita dengan pakaian orang lain. Hal ini dikarenakan penyedia laundry tidak menggunakan sistem atau alat yang dapat mengidentifikasi kepemilikan pakaian tersebut.
Oleh karena itu, pada proyek akhir ini, dirancang suatu sistem identifikasi pakaian dengan menggunakan RFID dan notifikasi SMS. Sistem identifikasi pakaian ini, menggunakan beberapa komponen. Diantaranya, tag RFID, RFID Reader, Sismin, PC serta mobile phone yang berfungsi untuk mengirimkan notifikasi. Proses terakhir dari sistem ini adalah notifikasi yang dikirimkan oleh mobile phone pada penyedia laundry. Notifikasi yang dikirimkan berupa informasi bahwa pakaian telah siap diambil.
Hasil dari proyek akhir ini, sistem dapat mengidentifikasi pakaian sebagaimana mestinya. Presentase yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 80%. Waktu yang dibutuhkan sistem dalam mengirimkan data dari RFID Reader ke database adalah 30 detik. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik.

The results of this final project , the system can identify the clothing as appropriate . Percentage of 80 % is obtained .
