ABSTRAKSI: Sebuah sistem informasi diterapkandengan tujuan meningkatkan nilai saing dari sebuah perusahaan itu sendiri dan penerapan sistem informasi dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan dan mempermudah perusahaan tersebut dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional. Penerapan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah kegiatan opersional sebuah perusahaan. Seperti PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II yang telah menerapkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi pada kinerja manajemennya. Namun, pada sistem informasi PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II masih berupa sistem informasi yang belum terintegrasi secara keseluruhan, masih ada beberapa bagian yang berdiri sendiri sehingga masih menghambat efektifitas kinerja bagian tersebut, khususnya bagian inti yaitu pada bagian pelayanan barang. Oleh karena itu, dibuat perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sesuai agar dapat mengatasi hal tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)dengan bagian inti TOGAF, yaitu TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method). Fokus yang digunakan dari metode tersebut adalah 5 fase yaitu preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, dan technology architecture.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun usulan strategi sistem informasi dan sebuah dokumen perencanaan yang disebut dokumen Information System Strategic Plan atau dokumen ISSP.

Information system can help the bussiness process of that company. Implementation of this information system aims to facilitate the operational activities of a company. As PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II that have implemented information systems and information technology on management performance. However, the information system of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II is still not use an integrated information system, there are a manual process that still hinder the effectiveness of the performance, especially at goods services section. Therefore, strategic planning made the appropriate information systems in order to overcome it. The methodology used is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the core TOGAF, that is TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method). The focus of the method used is 5 phases, namely the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information systems architecture, and technology architecture. This research aims to develop information system strategy and a planning document called Information System Strategic Plan document or documents ISSP.
