ABSTRAKSI: Setyapermata Game Center adalah tempat persewaan video game atau Rental Playstation yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Pada Rental playstation ini, kegiatan operasional maupun pengolahan data masih tradisional, seperti jadwal bermain konsumen, jadwal antrian, laporan keuangan,semua masih di tulis pada buku laporan. Hambatan yang sering terjadi, konsumen mengalami sedikit kesulitan untuk mengetahui unit playstation yang tersedia sebelum bermain, ataupun seberapa banyak jumlah antrian, sehingga mereka harus menanyakan dahulu kepada operator melalui telepon, dan itu akan membuat kerepotan pada operator game center karena melayani banyaknya pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dalam proyek akhir ini telah dibuat SISTEM BILLING DAN MONITORING PERSEWAAN VIDEO GAME BERBASIS WEB yang memungkinkan adanya proses pencarian data unit playstation oleh pelanggan dengan waktu yang singkat, dan pengolahaan billing oleh operator secara efisien. Sistem informasi ini mampu memperlihatkan data-data dari unit playstation berupa jumlah unit playstation, sisa waktu dari masing-masing unit, jumlah biaya, jumlah antrian, serta aplikasi booking secara online. Dari rancangan yang telah dibuat, kemudian dilakukan proses analisis yang terdiri dari uji fungsionalitas, pengujian waktu respon, dan pengujian subjektif dengan cara membagikan kuisioner. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dengan memberikan performansi rata-rata waktu respon menampilkan halaman web 5,95 detik serta hasil penilaian subjektif menunjukkan angka senilai 4,23, dengan kategori cukup baik.Kata Kunci : playstation, video game, monitoring, billing, operator, website, booking.ABSTRACT: Setyapermata Game Center is a rental place or Rental Playstation video games that are in the area Ponorogo. In this playstation Rental, operations and data processing is still traditional, such as consumer playing schedule, the schedule queue, financial statements, all still in a report written in the book. Barriers that often happens, consumers have little trouble to find out units that are available before playing playstation, or how much the number of queues, so they must first ask the operator over the phone, and it will create inconvenience to the game center operators because they serve many customers. To overcome this problem, in this final project was created WEB-BASED BILLING AND MONITORING SYSTEMS VIDEO GAME RENTALS CASE STUDY IN SETYAPERMATA GAME CENTER PONOROGO which allows the process of data search unit playstation by customers with a short time, and pengolahaan billing by the service efficiently. This information system is able to show the data from a number of units playstation playstation units, the remaining time of each unit, the total cost, the number of queues, as well as online booking application. Of design that has been made, then performed the analysis process that consists of test functionality, response time testing, and subjective testing by distributing questionnaires. With this application, service of Setyapermata Game Center to be better and more efficient, because it no longer fully rely on human ability.Keyword: playstation, video games, monitoring, billing, service, website, booking.
