The development of the process of digitization in the government sector in various countries pushed Indonesia to continue to improve Information Technology (IT) and Communication in the Indonesian Government sector, especially GRP.In measuring the success of the GRP system in the Government of West Java Province, researchers used an integrated system success measurement method, namely Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE). In this study, there are nine variables modified as needed.
The population taken is all system users at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Jabar involving 42 respondents. Hypothesis testing is performed using linear regression analysis techniques,SmartPLS 3 and SPSS. This research investigates the characteristics of technology, environment, and organizations that influence the adoption of a Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SIMPATIK) system that will have an impact on user performance.In this study, six of nine variable relationships were positive and four of them were significant. From the results of the analysis it was stated that 2 hypotheses were accepted from 9 hypotheses.
