ABSTRACT
Human resources are the crucial part for company. Without the existing of human resource, then the other resources they hve will be in vain. Human resources will define the accomplishment of company’s aim. One of the most important thing in achieving company’s goal is the performance of human resources. Every company will undoubtedly expect a maximum performance from all the employees the have. However, if we take a look at the reality in Bank Muamalat Bandung Branch, there are still a lot of marketing employees who have a poor performance, far below company’s target.
The aim of this research is to know which variables that have a dominant role from each factors that affect employees performance which consists individual factor, psychological factor and organizational factor. This research used a quantitative approach. The method used is factor analysis. All the datas gained by distributing a questionare to 64 marketing employee in PT. Bank Muamalat, Tbk.
The result from this research shows that ability is the most dominant variable from individual factor that affect marketing employees performance in Bank Muamalat Bandung Branch with communality value for 88,7%. Motivation is the most dominant variable from psychological factor with communality for 90,0% and job design is the most dominant variable from organizational factor with communality value for 69,2%.
Suggestions given for PT. Bank Muamalat, Tbk as follows: (1) Bank Muamalat should give more concern to all the employees, marketing employees in particular. Give more appreciation for all the exertion of effort they’ve given for the sake of achieving company’s target and assist them to solve all the problems they face in relation to their job. (2) Bank Muamalat should revise and renew the on the field training system thus all the employees will get the system. (3) Bank Muamalat should renew the existing job design that will drive the employees’ mind to effective work accomplishment.
