Telkomcel is a brand of mobile telecommunication service owned by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International S.A which operate in Timor-Leste and recently launch its digital payment services called T-Pay which aimed to innovate digital payment system in form of financial platform which modernizes the payment system in public services within the community. Therefore, this research aimed to examine effectiveness, superiority, trustworthiness, attractiveness, advantages, and practice using T-Pay as a transaction within the community in Dili Timor-Leste. This study used the causal descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The sample was shared to 119 respondents and the valid sample was 80 respondents. The data was processed and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The theory based on TAM. The result shows that perceived usefulness and ease of use have significant influence on intention to use T-Pay. While perceived of risk have not significant influence toward on intention to use T-Pay. It is recommended for the next researcher to develop related research, with regression method and elaborate with other variables that have a bigger influence, such as product quality, user experience, and user satisfaction.
